Creating understanding, trust, and meaningful Partnerships with Indigenous Communities.
Sundance Source is an Indigenous-led consulting practice grounded in reciprocity, respect, and relationship. We walk alongside organizations and communities to build understanding and trust, seeing reconciliation as a shared journey of learning and growth.
We understand the importance of acknowledging Indigenous rights, cultures, and perspectives in all our endeavours. Through our comprehensive approach, we assist clients in navigating the complexities of Indigenous Relations, ensuring meaningful engagement and collaboration. From initial relationship to Partnership development, we strive to promote reconciliation and mutual understanding.
Our goal is to support clients in building sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to our shared society.
Together we are stronger.

We support organizations in building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities by fostering understanding, strengthening communication, and creating collaborative approaches that lead to sustainable, respectful, and long-lasting partnerships grounded in trust.

We guide communities and organizations toward sustainable economic growth by improving operations, enhancing strategic clarity, and supporting innovation that strengthens resilience, builds capacity, and creates long-term opportunities rooted in shared prosperity and success.

We lead major capital projects from concept to completion by coordinating teams, managing risks, and aligning scope, schedule, and budget through clear planning, thorough analysis, and disciplined execution that ensures successful and accountable delivery.

We help organizations integrate Indigenous knowledge and perspectives through cultural competency support, respectful engagement with Elders and Nations, and practical strategies that embed reconciliation principles into everyday decisions, workplace culture, and long-term organizational practices.
