Lateral Kindness

Our Lateral Kindness learning supports Indigenous leaders, teams, organizations, and communities in recognizing lateral violence and building healthier ways of working together. Through Indigenous-informed teaching, guided reflection, practical tools, and honest discussion, participants explore the conditions that contribute to lateral violence and identify ways to strengthen trust, cultural and psychological safety, accountability, and shared responsibility.
